Terms of Service

These Terms apply to all Hosmarix services, including game servers, runtimes, webspaces, website, dashboard, APIs, and support channels.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused solely by our fault.

Hosmarix may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including quotas, package availability, and technical specifications.

Coins are a virtual unit with no monetary value, no ownership right, and no exchangeability into cash. We may adjust earning, spending, expiration, and promo mechanics at our discretion.

You may not use the service for unlawful content, malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, copyright violations, network abuse, crypto mining, or resource abuse. See theAcceptable Use Policy.

To protect the platform, we may monitor service health and abuse indicators. We may remove content, throttle resources, suspend instances, or terminate accounts for violations or risk.

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Hosmarix and its branding, software, and platform materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. You keep rights in your own lawful content.

We may integrate third-party services. Their availability, security, and terms are outside our control, and your use may also be subject to their separate terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosmarix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, profits, or business interruption.

You agree to defend and indemnify Hosmarix against claims, losses, and expenses resulting from your content, your service usage, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for security, abuse, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, data may be removed according to retention and technical constraints.

Unless mandatory local law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Legal venue is the operator's registered jurisdiction where legally permissible.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
